Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible by email or phone. Our customer service team will do their best to assist you with your cancellation request.

Cancellation before Shipment:
If you request to cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Cancellation after Shipment:
If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order. You may choose to refuse delivery or return the item(s) for a refund, minus the cost of shipping and handling fees. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
Please note that some items may not be eligible for cancellation or return due to their nature, such as customized or personalized products.

Refunds:
If your order is eligible for a refund, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item(s).
